Waiting for Baby V: Spookily Seventeen Weeks!

This week my Dad came to visit from Nebraska, so we spent the weekend doing our favorite things and showing Dad around Norman. I hadn't seen him since we found out that we were pregnant, and he hasn't been to Norman for 2 1/2 years, so we have been anxiously awaiting his trip for quite some time. We ate dinner at Charleston's, shopped at the mall and the pumpkin tent, went to pre-game festivities at OU and watched the Pride, ate breakfast at Ozzie's, relaxed at our house, hung out with Lucy, and finished some house projects. It was a wonderful weekend with my Dad and doing all things fall! Just a few more weeks of this lovely weather and scenery...I hope to be able to enjoy the last bits of it! And here is the news on Baby V:

1. Total weight gain: +12 lbs total now... +1 this week

2. Maternity clothes?: Yes siree! I ordered some things from Old Navy this week, and I can't wait to get them! 

3. Stretch marks?: No! Using Bio Oil, and hope it helps

4. Sleep?: I was really really tired this week, so I guess I've been tossing and turning more than I thought, but little to no back pain! YAY!

5. Best moment this week?: Showing my Dad our house and our lives here in Norman. This week a lot more people have noticed my "baby bump" too, which is exciting!   

6. Miss anything?: Having the energy to just about anything, being able to stay up late, and lately, being able to sleep in!

7. Movement?: Nope!

8. Food cravings?: Still sweets and warm comfort food, but that's what I normally want. :) 

9. Anything make you queasy or sick?: No, but I do have an extraordinary sense of smell lately.

10. Gender?: I think once I know, it will all seem more real! A little less than 3 weeks left now! Hooray!

11. Labor signs?: No

12. Symptoms?: Wearing maternity clothes! YAY! And being hungry...

13. Belly button in or out?: In

14. Wedding rings on or off?: On

15. Happy or moody most of the time?: I am feeling really happy this week! Feeling and looking pregnant, and loving the fall weather. I am really looking forward to Christmastime now too!

16. Looking forward to most?: Our doctor's appointment on Friday! Next weekend, we don't have any big plans either, so I am looking forward to just being with my sweet husband.
